 Do You Ship Internationally? As of right now, Babz Beauty only accepts and ships out Domestic Orders.
How Much Is Shipping? Shipping is $7.99 
Once I Place An Order, When Will I Receive My Goodies? The normal processing time for orders is 72 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday). Due to increased order volume and Covid19 Protocols, please allow additional time for processing and shipping out your order. Once we ship out your order you will receive a tracking number. Delivery time in the United States is 4-7 business days.During our holiday season, limited edition launches and restocks. shipping time may vary.
Which Shipping Carrier Do You Use? All Domestic Orders are shipped via USPS. Due to low staff through USPS, please allow additional time to receive your package.
Can You Ship To A P.O. Box Address? Yes. Please keep in mind that USPS has a low staff shortage due to the Pandemic. Packages may take longer than normal to receive, but a tracking number will be emailed to you once the package is shipped out
Can I Change My Order? Please email us at babz@babzbeauty.com. In the email we will need your full name and order number.
Can I Return My Order? All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product, Babz Beauty will not accept any returns. If for some odd reason a product arrived damaged, then the customer must contact us via email: babz@babzbeauty.com within 48 hours of receiving. The customer must include photos or the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
Can I Exchange My Product? Once the order is shipped, exchanges are not permitted. All sales are final.
When Will I Receive My Tracking Number? Once the order has been shipped, an email or text will be sent to you. 
Tracking shows no movement, and it looks like my package is stuck, what should I do? For Domestic Orders, packages can only be considered lost if there has been no movement for 10 business days from the day it was shipped. Please email us at babz@babzbeauty.com if your shipment shows no movement from the carrier's tracking information.
Do I have to set up an account to place an order? No, you can place an order as a guest. Please keep in mind when a customer sets up an account with Babz Beauty, all orders will be linked to your account.
I put the wrong address on my order, please help!
When entering your shipping address, please be very careful and pay close attention with what you are entering into our system. Babz Beauty LLC is not responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
I've purchased skincare products from your site before,
where are they now?
 Our skincare products are on the way. In order to follow legal guidelines, Babz Beauty will be sending each product to the USDA for organic certification. Patience is a virtue Beauties! Make sure that you are subscribed to our email list for our latest beauty new, promotions, and more.

Babz Beauty™ is great for anyone that is enthusiastic and in love with beauty, health, and skincare! As mentioned earlier, providing education is our mission to keep all of our customers knowledgeable pertaining to the beauty field and accomplishing a healthy lifestyle. For those who do not know, my name is Victoria Nixon and I am the sole owner/ manager for Babz Beauty LLC. I started this business to inform customers how to achieve and create a better skincare routine. I graduated from Formula Botanica as a Certified Cosmetic Chemist on July 27, 2021.

WHAT IS A SKIN CARE FORMULATOR?

So what exactly is a 'Skincare Formulator'? A 'Skincare Formulator' develops formulas in order to create and test new cosmetic products. This also involves manufacturing the ingredients in a safe way, in order for it to be sold to the public.
