Babz Beauty reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts remove or edit content or cancel orders.

Babz Beauty sustainably creates all natural and eco-friendly coconut wax candles that features various sizes and scents. During certain seasons of the year Babz Beauty makes hand-made, authentic, stylish and warm beanies available in a variety styles and sizes. Making beauty personal in all forms is what Babz Beauty believes in, and it's our duty to please your beauty!
Any formulations provided by Babz Beauty are meant for cosmetic purposes only and not medicinal purposes. Babz Beauty skincare, haircare, or body care products are not intended to diagnose, cure, treat or prevent any condition or disease. All Babz Beauty formulations should be used in accordance with their instructions, precautions and guidelines. Our customers should always check the ingredients of our products to avoid potential allergic reactions. Products received by customers may differ slightly from the photo that was seen on our website (www.babzbeauty.com). Photos and videos on site (www.babzbeauty.com) are visible to the customer for illustrative purposes, and Babz Beauty has done its best to make sure that our products are displayed accurately, but can't guarantee an exact color match. Babz Beauty has taken reasonable care to make sure that the details, descriptions, prices, and images on site (www.babzbeauty.com) are correct. Babz Beauty can not warrant that everything on the site is error-free or uninterrupted.
What does 'Natural' mean to Babz Beauty?
As we all know, the word 'Natural' is not regulated. Almost anything can be considered natural, especially if it contains water. Babz Beauty believes in clean skin from within, and our duty is to provide our customers with plant-based, sustainable, vegan, organic, or cruelty-free ingredients. Our products may have a combination of essential vitamins, botanicals and minerals that can nourish the skin. Our broad spectrum preservatives cover a 'broad spectrum' of microbes including bacteria, mold and yeast and offers the best, most effective protection against microbial contamination for the longest period of time.
Babz Beauty only accepts USD for our payment currency and shipping is not included within the product price. Tax is added to every product purchased from Babz Beauty and payment is required upfront before products are dispatched to the customer. If the payment is refused by a card company then Babz Beauty is not liable for any delays or non-delivery as a result, and Babz Beauty is not obligated to inform the customer that the card payment failed.
When the order is confirmed, the customer will receive an email with the order confirmation, order number and tracking number once available. Babz Beauty also reserves the rights to cancel or reject an order.
Babz Beauty only ships out domestic orders with a flat-rate shipping fee of $11, and P.O. Boxes are accepted as a shipping location. It may take 1-3 business days to process an order, and 3-5 business day for shipping. Babz Beauty uses USPS as the shipping carrier, and Babz Beauty has no control over the shipping time frame. Delays may occur, depending on the weather, season and the USPS company in itself. If a shipment requires the customer's signature and the customer is unavailable or absent for signage, then the package will be transferred back to the shipment carrier and an email will be sent notifying the customer about the situation. The package may get sent back to Babz Beauty and the order will be refunded, but Babz Beauty is not reliable for rein-bursting the shipping fee. If the customer mistakenly enters the wrong address, then it is the customer's responsibility to notify Babz Beauty about the order error. As mentioned earlier, Babz Beauty is not reliable for rein-bursting the shipping fee. It is recommended that the customer double checks any and everything that is entered into the system pertaining to the customer's personal information. If there's an order(s) sent back to Babz Beauty, then the customer will be notified and the payment will be refunded back onto the card that it was paid with. If the card that the customer paid with the order is no longer valid, then store credit will be rein-bursted. It is the customer's responsibility to file any claims with shipping carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Babz Beauty is not responsible for the return shipping, unless item was damaged during shipping. If product was damaged during shipping, then the customer is responsible to provide proof with a picture through via email.
If product was purchased through another retailer other than Babz Beauty then the customer must return the product to whom the original purchase was made from.

7.) Faulty Product Policy
It is the customer's responsibility to let Babz Beauty know if their product has a defect or (faulty issue). The customer has up to 30 days to notify Babz Beauty about the faulty product and visual proof is required if a refund is to be issued. If a defect occurs, then Babz Beauty will rein-burst shipping and a full refund will be re-processed back onto the original card payment. If for some reason the original card payment for the refund is invalid and/or expired, then store credit will be distributed.
